26k Baseball!

Play ball! This prototype tries to recapture that unmistakable feel of 8/16-bit baseball games like RBI Baseball, Ken Griffey Jr. Baseball, and Baseball Stars that I grew up playing as a kid! If you love arcade baseball, retro games, or just something easy to pick up and play, you'll feel right at home in this ballpark!

What to expect from this prototype:

+ Quickly jump into a single player, 9 inning game of baseball

+ 2 differently styled, nine man teams to choose from

+ Simple controls (be sure to read the 'how to play' section before jumping in)

+ Basic/bonehead AI and some loose or outright missing rules of the sport

+ Bugs, weird base running, odd foul calls, and other stuff I missed...

Let me know if I should! I really enjoyed creating this and have a ton of ideas of how I'd make a really great baseball game. This prototype should run on just about anything made in the last 10 years but I'd strongly recommend playing with a controller. Keyboard is supported, but it's not a fun way to play...
